Combine 1/2 cup Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 cup (or a bit more) of extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, dash of garlic powder, dash of onion powder, two teaspoons of local honey, and one teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Note: using local honey builds your immunity to local pollens. And it’s really, really good.

Yum! Very similar to a recipe I use. I mix all the ingredients except the oil first, then drizzle in the olive oil while whisking. It seems to thicken a bit and stay mixed longer (vs. separating).
